Data Deletion

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Shortloop Media operates an internal, self-hosted content-management tool ("the Tool") used to produce and publish original short-form videos to Shortloop Media's own accounts on platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This page explains how data held by the Tool can be deleted.

Whose data the Tool holds

The Tool is operated by a single individual (its owner) and is not offered to, or usable by, any third party. It connects only to Shortloop Media's own platform accounts, via OAuth grants made by the owner. It does not collect, store, or process data about any other person, so in the ordinary course there is no third-party user data to delete. See our Privacy Policy for the full description.

Requesting deletion

If you believe the Tool holds data about you, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request" and enough detail to identify the data (for example, the platform and account handle involved). We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, then reply to confirm it is done.

Deleting data held under an Instagram or Facebook login

If you connected an Instagram account to the Tool, you can revoke its access and trigger deletion of the associated stored credentials at any time:
