About Shortloop Media
Shortloop Media is an independent, one-person short-form video studio, launched in July 2026. We publish original daily videos to our own channels — starting with food and technology — and we're building the studio in public, one upload at a time.
What we make
Foodsfooyou is our food channel: 45-second recipe shorts focused on shortcuts that genuinely work — restaurant techniques adapted for home kitchens, minimal-ingredient methods, and make-ahead tricks.
Newsfooyou is our tech channel: a daily briefing on consumer technology and AI, built to answer three questions in under a minute — what happened, why it matters, and what to take away from it.
How a video gets made
Every video follows the same path. We research what people are actually looking for, write an original script with its own editorial angle, produce the voiceover and visuals, and assemble the final cut. Technology news additionally passes an independent fact-check: every claim in the script is verified against the original reporting, and anything that can't be verified is rewritten or cut.
Then comes the step we never skip: a person watches the finished video and decides whether it publishes. Nothing goes live automatically.
Where AI fits — and where it doesn't
We're transparent about this: we use AI tools in production, including in scripting, voiceover, and some visuals. What AI never does here is decide what we say or whether a video ships. Editorial judgment, review, and approval are human. Every upload carries the platform's synthetic-media disclosure, and our scripts report and explain rather than posing as personal advice.
Why "Shortloop"?
Because the loop is the point: make something, publish it, learn from how real viewers respond, and make the next one better. Short videos, short feedback loops.
